From Design to Production - PLEATED has experience creating custom restaurant uniforms for upscale-casual to fine dining restaurants in hotels/resorts or New York City 2-Star Michelin hot-spots. Our designer has over 12 years combined creating unique looks for some of the top dining spots in NYC and all over the US. We know that designing a custom uniform for restaurants is more than just the look. The server needs to be able to move and carry items. Or, the bartender needs to look as great as the crystal they pour the drinks into (but need their sleeves fitted in a way that allows them to shake that same drink). Our modern designs don’t ignore the importance of functional fabric.
